Mandarin Speaking Online Customer Service Advisor

We run customer care outsourcing for large and small companies – across multiple channels, multiple countries, and multiple languages. We need your help with that last bit. We’re looking for Mandarin speaking advisors to join one of our campaigns!
As an Online Customer Service Advisor you could be responsible for answering customer questions via Webchat (think MSN but for customers), Social Media (Facebook, Twitter) and Emails.
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work from our office in Bury. Both full time and part time positions are available.
Training: We have an extensive program to make sure you’ve got all the tekkers you need to complete your shift independently once you’ve completed training. This takes the form of a 3 week full-time in office training course.
Essential Qualities: Evidence of qualifications in Mandarin language (preferably native), English and Maths GCSE minimum grade C, excellent communication skills, excellent keyboard skills, good knowledge of Microsoft packages (word, excel, etc. )
Preferred qualities: Previous customer service experience.
