My client is an expert in the field of AML and financial crime prevention and are hiring to provide support for the German region Sales Manager and customers. The role requires good client-facing skills as well as excellent organisational skills in order to undertake multiple tasks, and the duties include but are not limited to: updating and maintaining the CRM database, running and formatting data reports, answering enquiries, resolving issues, actioning requests, processing orders, and liaising between teams.
*Data entry, processing of orders and following up on customer requests and orders
*QA of Data reports
*Customer liaision via phone and email and providing solutions concerning questions products, services, and accounts
*Supporting the BD Manager with client meetings, training partners relationship management
*Resolving queries by advising and escalating where necessary
*Acting as the primary contact between sales colleagues and service team on sales support matters
*Creating regular reports on sales, membership and events, for purposes of reporting and cross-selling
*Updating sales support and administration policies and procedures
*Providing face to face at industry events
*Supporting the Marketing team with German language communications, social media and local market collateral
*Delivering assigned projects by Manager
*Fluency in German and English
*Minimum 2 year's experience in a sales support position
*Overall understanding of the full cycle of customer service and sales processes
*Good reporting skills, attention to detail and organisational skills - ability to work as a part of team or independently dependent on situation
*Excellent numeracy and Excel skills
*Good working knowledge of other MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
*Proficient in CRM software; Salesforce is preferred
*Italian, German, Spanish or fluency other European Languages desired
