This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates (either having just graduated or with prior work experience) to join a leading language services provider based on the outskirts of Gerrard’s Cross in Buckinghamshire. Full training will be provided and the starting salary is £22,000 + benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with the translation request at administration level working closely with a portfolio of clients. You will be the main point of contact for any queries which may arise, allocate the translation work to the appropriate translator, and liaise with the in-house/freelance translators throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will ideally be educated to degree level (or equivalent career experience) and be confident in a client facing environment. Due to the nature of the role, you should be a native level English speaker with the confidence and prioritisation skills required to quickly and effectively deal with client requests. An interest in languages would also be a bonus (ideally having studied a language at some stage of your education).
The office is commutable locally via train to Gerrard’s Cross station from High Wycombe and London Marylebone and car from West London, Bucks, Berks and Watford areas.
