As a DUTCH speaking Customer Advisor you will represent a Global Money Transfer company and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat. Listening to your customers, assisting them as well as troubleshooting will be part of your daily tasks. This is a versatile B2C role which suits and enthusiastic customer service professional.
