Inside Sales Representative – Native English Speaker
Location; Lisbon Portugal
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, EMEA of the company the Inside Sales Representative, UK holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about surveillance and is highly customer focused and efficient.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support to Sales Team, including Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and other members of the sales team as directed. This will include following up with integrators, VARs (Value Added Resellers) and end-users. Tasks will include prospecting for new business, following up on existing opportunities, assistance in generating proposals, quotes, and system design.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, partners and end users on behalf of the RSM/RSD.
Provide Salesforce. com data entry support as directed by the RSM/RSD.
Create, nurture and respond to sales opportunities and close sales orders on behalf of the RSM/RSD.
Create, respond to and mange sales leads.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.
Promote and sell Our company’s products and services through direct customer contact within the assigned geographic territory.
Make outbound phone calls as defined and directed by Inside Sales Manager, EMEA and Senior Manager Inside Sales, Global.
Interface with Our company Global Sales Team in each area directed and defined by the Inside Sales Manager, EMEA and Senior Manager Inside Sales, Global
Generate new leads via outbound calling campaigns.
Generate new leads via email and marketing campaigns.
Follow up on all leads and document them in Salesforce. com as prescribed by the Inside Sales Manager, EMEA and Senior Manager Inside Sales, Global.
Generate new sales leads and opportunities in Salesforce. com.
Qualify all existing leads in Salesforce. com and all Our company lead databases and resources set forth by the Inside Sales Manager, EMEA and Senior Manager Inside Sales, Global.
Respond to all new sales leads that are generated from sales, tradeshows, tele-sales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns
Respond to inbound phone calls, email, marketing requests, partner phone calls, and all sales related requests assigned by the Inside Sales Manager, EMEA and Senior Manager Inside Sales, Global.
Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective customers and provide them with published prices, and information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates. Discounts beyond the published price pages must be proposed and reviewed with the Senior Vice President of Global Sales.
Work on key deals to help define and oversee how our products are deployed.
Attend tradeshows and professionally participate in booth duty within the Our company booth at various marketing events if asked.
Participate in the development of training materials.
Feedback end user customer requirements to engineering and operations departments to help implement product improvements and new product releases.
Compile data on competitive products and pricing and report it back to head office, maintain working knowledge of competitive offerings.
Identify key surveillance market influencers, establish contact with them, and demonstrate to them the superiority and utility of our products.
Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager, EMEA and Senior Manager Inside Sales, Global.

Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties of the Inside Sales Representative.
The company may allocate such additional or other duties of work as informed to the Inside Sales Representative by the Inside Sales Manager, EMEA and Senior Manager Inside Sales, Global from time to time as necessary to meet the needs of the business of the company.
