Dutch + French speaking Tech Support Analyst (3rd level support) with an interest in growing their career in the Software/Tech industry - We have an exciting client of ours here in Dordrecht, The Netherlands. Preferably you will have already 1 year experience in technical support or related role where you would have dealt with troubleshooting and carrying out root cause analysis etc.
Take incoming web chats from Customers facing technical software issues.
Manage these issues within the company CRM Ticketing system.
Work on resolving any issues in a timely and professional matter.
Escalate issues to next level support where needed.
With near 50 years in the B2C relationship building sector - providing their clients with the right tools to make every interaction drive to a complete success. Our client is a market leader who is currently looking to hire Dutch Speaking Tech Support Analysts in their Dordrecht Office.
You will need the following skills in order to qualify for this job:
Near native Dutch and French
Good level of English
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferably 1+ year experience in Technical Support or a related role
You understand accounting/Finance at a basic level
Where is this job located?
You will be working in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, near Dordrecht in the Netherlands. This city might be small, but there is definitely enough to see and do. Visit the Biesbosch Park or the Grote kerk or travel to nearby city of Rotterdam.
Interview & Salary:
You will be invited to sit an online assessment (to assess the level of problem solving skills).
Sit a Face-to-face Interview (Our client is flexible, a phone/Skype interview can be possible).
Keep in mind the interview process is pretty quick - you will have feedback in a little as 1 or 2 weeks.
Salary: Earn between €40,000 - €45,000 gross per annum.
