About the Role
The Outbound Account Representative role is a great opportunity to leverage your sales and negotiation skills to grow the number and quality of restaurants partnering with Uber Eats. We are looking for a natural seller passionate about Uber, a real foodie who enjoys negotiating to build the best partnerships. We want to provide customers with the best possible selection of restaurants and cuisines when they open the Uber Eats app. Your role will be to sign partnerships with restaurant owners which will make both customers happy and help drive incremental business for the restaurants. You will be part of our expansion by launching new areas and improving restaurant selection in existing area - in one of the fastest growing businesses at Uber!
In this exciting and dynamic role, you'll leverage your skills in prospecting, emailing, cold-calling and relationship building to affiliate the best restaurants and provide them with a stellar experience.
You'll also be working with the team to design, optimize and implement efficient sales processes, and improve partner. If you have the mindset to work in a start-up environment company with an extremely high pace of growth fast, you are at the right place.

What you'll do
● Prospecting, cold calling restaurants that aren’t yet familiar with Uber Eats
● Leverage prospecting and relationship-building skills to create partnerships with France's best restaurants
● Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.
● Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
● Partner with onboarding teams to smoothly bring the partners online
● Own and manage your sales pipeline from Lead to First Order
● Help us identify and build best practices for your sales team and others
● Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand and product around the country
● Clearly communicate the value of Uber and its newest products to prospects via email & phone
● Work in close collaboration with the local French, Swiss and Belgian territory teams
What you'll need
● An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win; hustle, resilience and determination
● Full fluency in French is required, and good knowledge of English is preferred (written and spoken)
● Exceptional listening, communication and organizational skills with a clear can-do mindset, builder’s attitude
● Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail
● Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to improving your craft
● A builder's mind, a strong passion for Uber Eats and food
● Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast moving environments
● Past experience in a sales “hunter” role
