About the Role:
German Speaking Customer Support

Net remuneration (after taxes) is €9,500-10,500 per year + relocation assistance (7 nights hotel, flight reimbursed and relocation bonus).

Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers by phone calls, email etc answering issues that they have regards phone or internet connections and providing solutions to any issues that they have to ensure their needs are satisfied.
Essential Criteria:
Ideally have some customer service experience
Speak fluent German and English
Have good general IT skills
