We are looking for English speakers that would like to work within Customer Support in the tourism sector in Portugal, Lisbon !

What will you do ?
You will work for one of our world-renowned clients and your main tasks can include:
Offering information, solutions and advise customers regarding the company’s services
Contribute to a positive customer experience through a responsible treatment of each contact
Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project
Native or proficient in English (C2 level)
Previous experience in customer service, tourism or travel is a plus
Availability to work in rotating shifts (schedules depending on the project), night shifts as well
Excellent listening and communication skills
Positive attitude and team spirit
For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit in Portugal
