Are you a fluent FRENCH speaker with the ambition to work in an international environment and also are willing to work abroad then look no further! We are recruiting for FRENCH speakers for a new Collection team that is set up in the business district of Bucharest, Romania.
Bucharest, the capital and largest city of Romania, is located in the southeast of the country. It is a very affordable city where you can visit a lot of cool cafes and amazing bars and trendy clubs in your spare time.
As a French Collection Agent you will be responsible for various customer accounts and ensure billing issues will be resolved in a timely manner. You will be monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. This role involves both outbound B2B calling as well as administrative tasks. Ensuring that customer data is updated, payments are processed and the required documentation is forwarded to the customers are all part of your daily tasks. Other activities involved are: sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts, follow up on, collect and allocate payments. Besides this you will carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines as well as performing account reconciliations.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in FRENCH and English
- Experience in a B2B outbound calling
- Previous experience in a credit collection role desired
- Computer literate, experience with CRM desired
- Analytical and problem solving skills
Full paid training will be provided. The selection process is done remotely via phone and skype.
