About the Role:

TeamViewer is one of the worldwide leading solutions for desktop sharing and online collaboration over the Internet. We were founded in 2005 and we are fully focused on the development and distribution of high-end solutions for online collaboration and communication. Responsibilities

  • Support of our existing customers with their technical and accounting questions regarding our TeamViewer software in writing and by telephone 
  • Support of our customers throughout EMEA 
  • Processing of written customer inquiries via our ticket system 
  • Close cooperation with our Customer Support Level-2-team 
  • Conducting online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to customers

Requirements

  • University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training 
  • One or more languages relevant to the EMEA markets on a Business Level, as well as very good English knowledge
  • Windows® user knowledge desirable 
  • At least some experience working in customer and/or sales, e. g. Internships
