The role is to deliver an outstanding customer experience. More in detail, here is a preview of what you will be working on:
Provide a high level, secure and professional customer service experience to global gaming customers via email and chat (no phone)
Handling of technical and operational problems to the corresponding department and suppliers
Report suspicious behavior according to AML procedures
Compliance with responsible gaming and procedures and procedures for player protection
Managing customer accounts
