You will be working from an extensive list of contacts to develop leads for a field sales team located in-country and will have some follow up responsibilities. You will be representing brands already known to the contacts introducing promotional opportunities, new products, upgrades etc. This is NOT a call centre style outbound sales role, but a professional sales role requiring research on your contacts, a consultative approach and the ability to work across several projects simultaneously, database management, follow ups and report writing.
Full fluency and proficiency in German as well as fluency in English, is essential
You will either have previous telesales experience OR be a self-starter with a bachelor’s degree in an international business discipline. All applicants should be highly motivated, resilient and have a positive sales attitude.
As well as an excellent basic salary (1. 5 times minimum wage in a city with one of the lowest costs of living in the United Kingdom) you will receive multifaceted bonus/ commission structure where you will be rewarded for the initial meeting developed for the client’s field sales team, and again when you follow up to quality check with the lead and again if a sale results from the meeting.
