You will supply e-mail and telephone support to customers who are have questions or issues with anything on the e-commerce site, providing a friendly and reassuring, personalised service. Queries could be anything from orders or returns to helping customers register online or deal with complaints. In addition to customers you will liaise extensively with other departments such as shipping and finance to provide a full service to your customers.
The basic salary is over 1. 5 times the national minimum wage and offers a high disposable income when combined with accommodation provided!
In addition to basic salary, a generous relocation package that includes airport pick up, flight reimbursement, accommodation (accommodation is optional but includes gas, water electric, internet, cleaner).
