This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a world-leading Medical company. You will receive incoming queries from users via phone and email where you will answer their queries regarding medical devices. This is a versatile inbound role where providing first time resolution to your clients is important.
We are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch and English

Previous experience in a customer service role

Experience in the hospitality/travel industry desired

Computer literate

Ability to multi-task

Eagerness to learn and develop
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
