About the Role:
Dutch B2B Customer Support - Stuttgart
Dutch B2B Customer Support specialist wanted here in Stuttgart, Germany for a cloud-based software provider with nearly 20 years in the business.
We are looking for a near native Dutch speaker with a good level of English & 6-12 months experience in customer support and/or sales sector to join the team here in Stuttgart for €40,000 - €42,000 gross per annum with 10% bonus.
Your Tasks:
You will support all the Benelux market B2B clients via both phone and email.
Tasked with supporting current clients with any possible technical and/or accounting questions with regards to the company software.
Process any incoming queries and/or issues within the company ticketing system
Escalate issues where necessary to customer support level 2
Deliver online demo’s to customers in order to fully explain software functionalities and overall positive customer experience.
Our Client:
Work for a cloud-based software provider that is growing steadily in the last 14 years. They have 6 office locations across the EU, around 800 employees working for them that speak over 30 languages. Currently, they are looking for Dutch B2B Customer Support Representative to join their team hear near Stuttgart. The office is around 30 mins drive from Stuttgart city centre.
Main Requirements:
You will need the following to qualify for this B2B Customer Support job:
Near native level of Dutch
Good level of English
Excellent communication skills (especially written skills)
Bachelor’s degree preferably in economics OR relevant experience in a similar sector
6-12 months Customer Service and/or Sales experience (Internship experience is acceptable)
Strong Computer skills
Customer focussed
Where is the job located?
Stuttgart – Germany – The German city well-known as the home to Mercedes-Benz and Porsche. Of course, if you are not a car lover there is plenty to behold for the nature lovers in Stuttgart’s Botanical garden – Wilhelma.
Interview & Salary:
You will have a call with HR and followed by another phone interview with the hiring manager and if successful, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview here in Stuttgart.
Salary: €40,000 - €42,000 gross per annum with 10% Company bonus. There is a company relocation package for those living outside of Germany.
