Our client is an Outsourcing Company - servicing the online gaming industry - with offices in the UK, Malta and South Africa. There is an exciting opportunity for fluent SWEDISH speakers to join their international customer service and sales team in Cape Town. In this beautiful coastal city in the southwest of South-Africa you will find outstanding natural beauty with their mountains and white beaches. Besides this, the city has lots to offer in terms of culture with lost of restaurants, galleries, museums and shops!
As a Customer Advisor you will answer incoming queries via phone, email and live chat from your customer. Providing information, solving problems and building client relationships are all important in this role. A varied and busy role which suits an enthusiastic candidate who is motivated to deliver outstanding service. This is a 24x7 operations and will require you to work on a rotational shift.

If successful, the initial training period of around 5 months will be completed in their UK based office in London. Company accommodation will be provided for you in London. Once your work visa for South-Africa is sorted by the company, it will be time to relocate to Cape Town where you will join a fantastic international team in a stunning location.
