Located in Portugal’s very beautiful second city, Porto, this is an adventure not to be missed. Your role will be to provide e-mail and live chat support to customers who are having issues with anything to do with the website. The position does not require tele support so if you are more comfortable with communicating via live chat and e-mail, this could be perfect for you! Some of your daily tasks will include:
• Providing e-mail and chat support to customers who are having issues
• Keeping up with high a volume of enquiries every day
• Finding solutions to new problems that arise each day
• Native Proficiency in French, some English would be beneficial but is not essential
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to think quickly and troubleshoot problems effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a contact support centre would be a bonus but is not essential.
In Portugal’s 2nd city this salary will stretch far. Especially if combined with the company’s relocation package that offers to provide a private room in a shared apartment, airport pick up, flight reimbursement and numerous social activities including free language lessons, free surfing lessons. Weekly social events like cooking classes with qualified chefs, craft classes, hiking events and much much more. Monthly salary from 850 including accommodation and all bills - all you need to pay for is your food. Higher salary without accommodation also available
