About the Role:
My client is a online marketplace for luxury short term lettings in London, after receiving investment from an all-star investor group have now started expanding to different markets and looking for a sales and reservation agent to join in their success, and better yet further develop their skills withing their company within a top tier learning environment.
As a sales and reservations agent your responsibilities would include:
-Handle inbound requests and enquirers from guests
-Engaging with guests to explain product ranges and helping with local territory knowledge
-Communicate via phone, chat and email with guests
-Liaising with clients
-Achieve targets set (Deal closing, up selling etc. )
