the Aministrator analyses account information to ensure documenents are in order, if not contacts account holders to request the updated information. A lot of this role is admin based, with some contact with customers when required.
If any issues exist the agent will use excellent customer service skills to solve any issue, liaising with other departments when required.
· Fluent Mandarin and English
· Ideally have some customer service experience ie call centre, retail, hospitality etc.
· Have good general computer skills ie MS Office etc
- Must have work permission for Ireland
