About the Role:
Do you have excellent communication skills in Dutch? Work with our Technical Support team for Dutch Speaking Customers
We are hiring Dutch speakers to follow a 4-week training and work as technical support Interaction Experts for a large American manufacturer of hard disk drives, flash memory & other data technology products.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering inquiries about products specification
- Providing troubleshooting for various technical issues.
What your responsibilities will be:
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated, but not required.
