We are very excited to recruit for a new role in Sliema, Malta. This position will be for our client – an online gambling company - and is based in the seaside town of Sliema. This Mediterranean city is full of activity, fun, restaurants and culture.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for online players. You will be giving the best service via email, phone and live chat. Taking ownership of issues, solving any problems the first time round is important in this role. You will help your customers with a wide range of queries including explaining how certain games work, solving logging in issues and advise on responsible gaming tools. Besides this you will build retention with your customers, making them feel welcome, and ensure that they are enjoying their full casino experience.

The Basic gross salary is 21,000 euro p/a plus which will grow steadily in the first 12 months of employment to 24,000 euro p/a. Additional pay for night shifts.
