This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Porto.
As a Customer Travel Advisor, you will represent the world's leading online marketplace for travel accommodation and experiences. You will receive incoming queries from users via phone and email where you will answer their queries on among others accommodation, prices, completing/amending reservations, queries regarding reviews etc. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important.

The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Porto until you are successful!
