We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our Primark team. As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be working on behalf of the global clothing brand, Primark, talking to customers and maximising opportunities to showcase their products and services. Making great experiences happen for customers is your top priority, which means you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time.
Initially you will train and work from the comfort of your own home. This is a temporary measure in place due to Covid-19. Once it is safe to do so, you will then move to work in our fantastic Contact Center based in the heart of Belfast City Centre, so we are looking for candidates who are willing to work from home initially across the UK with the view to relocate to Belfast as soon as is safe to do so.
For anyone living outside of the UK, you can relocate to Belfast & you will have the opportunity to work & train from the comfort of your apartment/your new long-term accommodation.

What you need?
This is a customer led role, so previous experience of working in a customer service role is ideal. Telephony experience is an advantage, but not essential.
