As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for our clients growth in their German speaking markets with the focus on conversion, retention and reactivation of existing customers. You will also design and implement churn prevention programs, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to further increase Sportsbook profitability, engage and monetise players.
Build campaigns & user journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) / Emarsys
Promotion planning and execution including pre- and post-analysis
Creating new automations and newsletter templates (including editing of images & content)
Alignment with internal analysts to generate insights using market and customer data
German native speaker with English to a business standard
Passion for sports and sports betting, especially football
Good analytical and Project Management skills
Good html and Excel knowledge are an advantage
Advantage: Experience with CRM tool Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) and/or Emarsys
Previous experience in this or a similar role will be considered an asset
Flexible with working hours (if needed) including weekends.
