B2B Customer Success Manager
Our client, a publicly traded online gaming company, is now looking for a B2B Customer Success Manager who will take full responsibility of the post-sales requirements of their B2B clients.
• Identify and analyse market trends and changing needs of your customers and then translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company
• Optimize customer performance through marketing and site optimization
• Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance between the client’s needs and those of the company
• Growing Revenue
• At least 2 years' experience in Account Management of international customers in the Online Gaming industry – a must
• Excellent English level (written and spoken) – a must
• Previous experience in an Internet company (company selling integration services – big advantage) • BA/BS degree
• Client-facing work experience
• WordPress experience/ basic HTML knowledge – preferable – an advantage
• Previous experience in Project Management – an advantage
• Previous sales experience - an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and work well under pressure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong team player, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail oriented
