As a Customer Service Ambassador with a genuine passion for games, you will be communicating with our players to guide them through our their adventure with us - using their preferred communications platform to provide assistance and advice in an easy-going style. . You will be part of our CS Ambassador Team who are our client's communication hub; listening to our players and acting as their voice to the business. Your team consists of experienced, like-minded Ambassadors with the right approach, willingness to learn and develop.

What you will do
You will be responsible for navigating our players through their player experience by providing industry leading support that is described as “out of this world”. This is a little taste of what that means:
Providing assistance, advice, life hacks and small talk with our players through our various communication channels
Work in collaboration with other cross-functional teams such as - Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments, Loyalty
Contribute fresh new ideas, giving constructive feedback to keep improving how we work and exercising your creativity

In a nutshell, you are imaginative, a bit quirky, have great people skills and ooze positive energy. As a Customer Service Ambassador this also means you are:
- Native in Finnish language skills
- Curious about gaming
- Quick on the keys with an optimistic-mindset
