Well known for partnering with many world-leading brands, this company has recently opened a brand new, urban-chic style office by the coast in Lisbon, where it is now a hub for support for one of world's biggest IT brands.
We are excited to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager for a digital marketing campaign. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be fully responsible for the success of the project, interacting with the client, internal stakeholder and the operation. The project has currently 80 FTE including team managers and will grow to around 130 FTE in the coming months. Your tasks are to create a stimulating work environment to continually increase the improvement and results of your team. You will work closely with the Site Director and the Training and Quality Manager to ensure Operational targets are met. Besides this it is important to build strong client relationships - working closely with the external client, hosting client meetings and creating daily and weekly internal and external reports are part of your responsibilities.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English
Previous experience in a call centre in an operational management role
Proven experience of management of a digital marketing campaign
Ability to motivate and coach team members
Strong client relationship building experience
Have a flexible attitude
