The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to act as the primary point of contact for all of Templeton and Partners pre existing client relationships in their country. You will also work closely with Senior Business Leaders in developing and maintaining a Business Development strategy for defined target clients in your country. The style of approach will be appropriate to the culture in your country, which you can input to.
Recruitment Consultants maintain relationships with our key customers by; acting as their single point of contact to ensure straightforward interaction, leasing with recruitment consultants to meet SLAs, dealing with queries, and resolves any issues.
This as an opportunity to maximise revenue with clients by building a strong and deep network of niche IT/Digital candidates and filling roles directly when they come in.
We're looking for a hands on billing consultant who is able to business develop internally within an already pre existing account, whilst also getting to fill roles directly with brand new clients that are acquired through building relationships with candidates and doing effective lead generation and conversion. Full training and support is provided to be able to land and expand big brand exciting clients.
