About the Role:
German Speaking Customer Service Advisors
Lisbon, Portugal
Gross basic salary €17,750 per year, after bonuses etc up to €24k gross per year
Job Duties:
To provide excellent customer service to customers of IT related products. Dealing with customers offering tech support to any issues they have. Escalating issues that they can’t solve to other departments.
Job Requirements
Fluent German and English
An interest in IT and a willingness to learn.
Full training is provided.
The Job Offer:
Base salary: 800 euros/ gross/ month
Language bonus: 300 euros/ month (German)
Lunch allowance: 6. 65 euros/ net/ day
Shift allowance: 40 euros/ gross/ month
Life insurance & Health insurance
Project bonus: 200 euros/ gross/ month for 12 months
Signing bonus: 2000 euros/ gross after 1st month as long as stays for 6 months.
Retention bonus: 2000 euros/ gross after 12 months if agrees to stay a further 6 months.
