Our client is looking for a Portuguese speaking CRM Executive to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for the CRM, Email Marketing and reports from their platform.
Responsibilities:
- As a key member of the Marketing & CRM team, you will be accountable for delivering industry leading communications across multiple channels:
- CMS/ Publishing:
- Creation and configuration of promotional content
- Creation and configuration of sports list
- Games configuration
- Email Marketing/ SMS/ Push notifications:
- Creation and management of contact list
- Template creation of email Marketing
- Management of the automatic messages
- CRM tools:
- Configuration and automation of CRM cycles
- Creation and management of bonus and campaigns
- Management of new games releases
- Configuration of games in different platforms
- Be responsive to business performance and Retention campaigns are rolled out to right customers at the right time.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in ecommerce is highly preferential
- Portuguese native, fluent in English
- Proven experience in WordPress and HTLM and CRM tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with and
- manage key stakeholders in the business.
- Ability to work under according to set deadlines
