About the Role:
We are recruiting for a German IT Engineer to work from home anywhere in Greece.
As a Technical Support Engineer you will represent a very well-known cloud-based management solution. Working remotely, you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from clients via phone, ticketing systems and email. Listening to your customers, advising them and solving any technical issues they experience. This is a versatile role which suits an enthusiastic IT support professional.
The successful candidate should have:

Excellent communication skills in German and English

Knowledge and experience on the following: Windows Autopilot, PKI (SCEP) infrastructure, Mobile Threat Defence partners, Windows CSPs, Defender ATP, Office products (W/X/P, Outlook, Onedrive), Conditional Access, VPN and networking both native and from a group of third parties.

Able to work independently from a home office

Fast learner
Basic salary is 1700 Euro gross p/m plus 200 euro gross performance bonus. Excellent benefit package and relocation package on offer.
This role will be a work from home role anywhere in Greece. Training (5 weeks) will be done from the office in Athens followed by full-time work from home anywhere in Greece. IT equipment will be provided by the company. Please note work from home is only possible at an address in Greece.
