About the Role:
German & Polish Speaking Customer Support
Home based in Germany - 12 month contract
Salary €30,500
Job Duties
Working from home assisting customers by phone, email and live chat with any account issues that they have.
Essential Criteria
· Fluent Polish, German and English
· Ideally have some customer service experience ie call centre, retail, hospitality etc.
· Have good general computer skills ie MS Office etc
Candidates must already be in Germany, and a fast internet connection.
Candidates must already have work permission for Germany.
