Requirements:
- Advanced level of English and German;
- Open to work in rotational shift timings and weekends as per process requirement;
- 1-2 years of experience in content writing constitutes an advantage;
- Aptitude to comprehend articles and good analytical skills;
- Interest in current affairs/news is preferred;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Well versed with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Main responsibilities:
- Perform Quality control on all the reports/summaries published on the content reviewed;
- Ensure detected errors are corrected before being published to the clients;
- Create and share various reports;
- Take ownership of issues and escalations;
- Act as a Subject Matter Specialist;
- Continually attention to improvements.
