We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer communication via the internal messaging system, emails, and telephone calls
- Provide online technical customer support
- Carry out basic KYC/registration checks
- Provide translations and carry out proofreading when required
- Efficiently reply to Casino queries and escalate cases when necessary
- Manual bonuses and/or free spins crediting
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
- Report and update the Head of CS regarding recurring customer issues
- Other Adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Swedish is a must for this role, ideally a native speaker
- Previous experience from a customer-facing or marketing position
- Experience from the iGaming industry will be considered an asset
- Creative and forward-thinking
- Highly motivated team player

- Able to handle stress and thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment
