About the Role:
Our client based in Porto is looking for a Data Analyst to join their growing Team!
Responsibilities:
- You will conduct daily data analyses to help the Marketing Team to understand the online customers’ behaviour and their retention conversation ratios/ segmentation
- Data collection, analysis and evaluation through data analysis tools
- Deep dive on the data to find new opportunities of improvement within the business areas
- Working with other internal departments to keep up with the company’s goals
Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Highly proficient in Python, SQL, BI among others
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills with the ability to promote and explain complex topics to a nontechnical audience
