About the Role:
German Speaking Customer Service – initially home based in Ireland
Cork, Ireland
€31,000 including bonus
Job Duties
Assisting customers through providing excellent customer service to ensure resolution of issues to customers satisfaction, if not possible to resolve escalate to the appropriate party.
Essential Criteria
Fluent German and English
Be already based in Republic of Ireland and be willing to relocate to Cork when required.
Good general IT skills
Desirable experience
Have previous customer service experience and good awareness of eCommerce.
