Our client is a global outsourcing company headquartered in the USA employing over 290,000 people in 160 international offices. Well known for partnering with many world-leading brands, this company has an urban-chic style office by the coast in Lisbon, where it is now a hub for support for one of world's biggest IT brands. We are recruiting for an experienced Arabic speaking Team Manager.
As a Team Manager you will manage a team of around 15 call centre agents who do content moderation for the world's most visited video sharing website. Your tasks is to create a stimulating work environment to continually increase the improvement and results of your team. You will work closely with your team to improve individual and department KPI performance. It will be your responsibility to analyse performances and make sure your team has the tools and knowledge they need to deliver their targets. Designing and delivering individual and group training/coaching sessions will be part of your role.

For the successful candidate, there is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes a relocation bonus and support from a relocation company. In short, a lot of support will be provided to get you settled in your new city quickly! Basic annual salary between 24-26K Euro plus plenty of interesting benefits!
