We are looking for you as - Customer consultant / Account manager - Digital Marketing
You are the contact person for business customers of the world's largest social media platform. You convince through your uniqueness, originality, and personality.
Your tasks:
- small and medium-sized companies and advertising customers (B2B) are served in the after-sales area
- your customer consulting improves the advertising effectiveness of the customer portals
- your customers receive assistance in the implementation of social media marketing measures via chat, e-mail, and telephone
- customer performance is optimized by your support in the product and tool environment
- the independence of companies in the field of social media marketing is promoted through coaching & training
Your requirements:
- we can rely on your experience or affinity in the digital marketing or social media marketing environment
- we benefit from your commercial training or comparable professional experience
- we can count on your excellent written and oral German language skills as well as good English skills at least C1 level
- every customer conversation is enriched by your excellent communication skills and your empathy
- a police clearance certificate without registration (presentation is required for intended employment)
