About the Role:

We are looking for fluent HEBREW speakers with a passion for customer service and digital marketing who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. The role
As a GoogleAds Client Advisor you will provide phone, email and live chat support to business client in Israel. Answering queries in a timely manner, troubleshooting any issues, ensuring account optimization and upselling will be part of your daily tasks. Besides this, listenig to your clients need and educating them in regards to online advertising and providing online training session will be also important in this versatile role.
Requirements
The successful GoogleAds Client Advisor has:

Fluency in English and HEBREW

Customer focussed and experienced in building client relationships

Interest in Digital Marketing

Bachelor degree desired but not a must

Ability for critical thinking, analysis and attention to detail
Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment. Besides this the company has lots to offer their employees from internal training and career progression opportunities to external activities and events. The basic salary for this role is around 1400 EURO gross per month, PLUS free accommodation during your employment, so no cost for rent and utility bills.
