As a Customer Support Advisor, you will represent a very well known domestic appliances brand. You will receive incoming queries from customers via phone and email, where you will answer and solve issues in a timely manner. This could be troubleshooting technical queries as well as assisting consumers in setting up service repairs for their appliances by checking availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls.
