About the Role:
This job can be done remotely only if your residence is in Greece. If you are located outside Greece, you will have to move to Greece( paid relocation) . Please apply only if you agree with the terms above.

Responsibilities
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers
- Representing the company, remaining friendly and helpful with every person
- Resolving issues with the products over the phone or emails (not too technical questions)
- Keeping customer data up to date
- Coordinate incident resolutions with Level 2 and Level 3 staff
Requirements
- You speak Hungarian at a proficient level and English at a fluent level.
- You have a dedicated quiet working space located within your residence in Greece or you are willing to relocate to Greece
- You have great communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
