You can also check out our full list of iGaming roles here: https://www. bettingconnections. com/job-search/ - Responsibilities - Nurture and support customer relationships via e-mail and live chat Support and contribute to the CRM infrastructure Participate in the planning of customer engagement initiatives Seek resolutions to customers' queries and issues whilst actively striving to achieve a "one correct answer" across all channels Monitor campaigns and promotions across all allocated customer touch points Assisting with translations, content writing and marketing to ensure that the company is delivering the best communication to their customers Contributing new ideas and feedback to keep improving the way the company works and exercising your creativity in different ways - Requirements - Native level of Finnish Fluent level of written and spoken English Some customer care experience in a call centre environment A genuine interest in iGaming An efficient and a creative problem solver Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong writing skills (spelling & grammar) Ability to write content in a creative and catching manner Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel To find out more about this great opportunity and many others, get in touch with the Betting Connections team.
