About the Role:
Dutch Speaking Customer Support
Lisbon, Portugal
€16,000 per year + relocation bonus €2,000 + relocation assistance
This is customer support role supporting Dutch speaking customers.
Assisting customers with bank related enquiries over the phone, live chat and email.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working Dutch business hours. It does involve working one Saturday a month.
Candidates must be educated to high school diploma level minimum.
This role is initially home based until March 2021 minimum and then office based if safe to do so.
