Job Duties
Our client requires German speaking Tech Support Advisors to respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information. Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat.
This role will be to assist customers until they are satisfied with the solution via phone, emails and live chat. Escalating issues that can’t be resolved.
Candidate Criteria
Fluent German and English.
IT troubleshooting experience
Good customer service experience.
