About the Role:
This is an ambitious role in a fast-growing start-up suited to a candidate who wants to be stretched,
work in a high learning environment and is not afraid of hard work. The role of the Operations
Manager will report into both the Managing Partner and Operations Partner, manage a virtual team
spread between China and the UK, and take full day-to-day responsibility for management and
delivery of projects and deliverables. This role is critical to the delivery of high-quality client work
and requires a candidate that can combine meticulous attention to detail, flexibility, ingenuity in
overcoming obstacles, and excellent management and teaming skills
