Our client is looking for an experienced French-speaking retention agent in Cyprus.

The Role
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication
- Help maintain our high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Managing ongoing private client relationships
- Keeping up to date with market information and promotions as per regulation.
- Achieve monthly targets
- Provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s products
- Explaining the payment process mechanism
- Maintain relationships with clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
The requirements
- Fluent in English both verbal and written (minimum C1 level)
- Additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in French both verbal and written (Minimum C2 level)
- An excellent business is written and oral communications skills
- Because of COVID 19 we can only consider candidates located in category B countries.
