Day to day work involves 20% Voice – 80% Non-Voice Split
• Process Outbound Call to validate Importer Information
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
• Data Key Entry (financial transactions, customer information, inventor)
• Data update (Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records)
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
• Verification of Financial and Commercial Documents
• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders
• Basic – At Least B1 German
• Great active listening skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Basic Troubleshooting skills
• Computer Literate
• Basic Phone skills
• In-depth knowledge of a company's products and/or services
• Well-versed in Microsoft Applications or Equivalent Programs
• Google Translate Versatile
