Prestigious international Bank is currently seeking to recruit a Thai speaking Junior Customer Services Clerk for their expanding Customer Services department.
Ideally, we are looking for a Candidate with past experience of a customer facing role, preferably from a Bank, i. e. , a Cashier or from a similar financial institution.
Although training is provided on the job, the ability to multi task is required as the role encompasses varied duties and responsibilities, such as:
Preparing Customer Services works for further counter checking and authorisation.
Assisting supervisor maintaining customer relationships to achieve total customers’ satisfaction via delivery of high quality face-to-face and telephone customer services in order to attract and retain customers and to contribute towards achievement of the Branch’s business growth and profitability targets.
All clerical duties including typing, preparing and processing which involve the following:
Process customer deposit.
Update customers fixed deposit’s table rates whenever they are changed by dealers.
Assist cashiering duties as a backup Cashier on Duty.
Monitor and report suspicious transactions for Anti-Money Laundering purpose and seek advice or clarification if in doubt.
Relieve and assist other clerical staff when required.
Deal with customer queries – via telephone and in person.
Collate statistics for monthly reports.
Salary level is commensurate with experience.
