They require a passionate customer service professional with excellent communication skills across telephony and social media platforms as well as email and live chat.
Full in-depth training will be delivered, and you will be working with a team and a company that embraces a fun and innovative working environment. There are a large number of benefits as well as progression opportunities and many socials to solidify strong relationships internally. This is a zero hour contract where between 20-40 hours will be guaranteed, and you will need to work Fridays and Saturdays for the first 8-12 weeks.
